Even more so than the perfectly cleaned house and the coordinated decorations or the food or the cake or those dang marshmallow confetti pops, what makes a birthday party a party...is the people. Because the people are what make the memories.
This face was over lip gloss. See? It really does make your heart happy.
The balloons move and the food turns to crumbs and the decorations are shifted and the floor gets dirty and that's an alright thing. More than alright actually.
Because the best part of a party is the people making those memories. Well, and that you end the party with a diaper only baby. That's the real kicker.
