Mom and I had a lovely day of sewing. Yes, I'm old. I never thought I would see the day I would enjoy spending a day sewing. But, I'm here to tell you that day has come because I love creating and this is just another outlet for that love. Plus, it's always enjoyable to spend time with Mom. We have the same odd sense of humor; we laughed and laughed.
Mom is an expert sewer/quilter. I am not an expert, I don't actually think I can even qualify as a novice. However, I did tell make the announcement today that a rectangle has four corners. I'm not sure what she's done all these years of sewing without me.
As for the rest of what we made, it'll be coming in the next few days. I have too much to get done before work in the morning!
