A 28 Year Old Child

Once upon a time, a twenty-eight year old went to her cousin's wedding on a Friday evening.  She rode with her parents, stayed in the hotel room with her parents and her little sister, and curled up in a blanket on the way home in the car the next morning because she didn't get in until the wee hours of the morning.

And at that moment, snug as a bug in the back of the vehicle with her sister next to her and her parents in the front visiting, she thought to herself, "I hope I don't ever become too old to let myself feel like a kid."

Then her dad took them all out for breakfast.  When the tab came and the server asked, "Will this be all on one?"  The twenty-eight year old girl said with confidence, "You can put the water on mine."  Because it was only right for her when feeling like a child to in turn, act like a child.

Before the breakfast and the car ride home and the tired, during those wee hours of the morning when nonsense was occurring at a rapid rate in the dance hall, one of the girl's cousins kindly borrowed her camera to take pictures.  One of the pictures was of the twenty-eight year old.  Obviously in the middle of what could only be imagined as an excellent story.
