Seventeen. My little sister is seventeen today.
Sisters are a funny thing...one minute they are driving you crazy and the next minute you are both laughing hysterically at something that no one else is. Secret code style. Even though my sister and I are ten years apart, I know that she is there; ready to get mad at me or laugh with me. Sisters are a funny thing.
I have spent the last week with my sister on vacation next to the sunny ocean and I'm not sure what today will bring for her, but having a birthday while traveling seems like an extra bonus point.
Happy seventeenth birthday to you Sister Pister! You are beautiful and a little bit better than fabulous.
