A friend knows you well when they have the ability to buy you a present that makes you all, "How did you every know?! I've had my eyes on this for a long time!" But you aren't saying that in the way of oh my goodness this is the best present ever. You are saying that because it's such a RIDICULOUS present that it makes your sarcastic side shine.
Because a friend that buys you a Cat Lover coffee cup when she knows you dislike cats to the point of believing it's not a coincidence they are one letter away from being a rat, is being a goof ball.
And the fact the Cat Lover is crooked and off center just adds to the hilarity of it all. The crooked and off center part might drive me more nuts than the fact it's a coffee cup. Devoted to cats.
But here is the best part of this whole situation. The best part is having a friend who knows you so well that they can make fun of you. Fun of you and your weird cat-hating and things must be centered ways.
